in that case would it just be better to learn NewtonScript since there's
those huge manuals about it and also freely available the
NewtonToolKit....?

NSBasic is still available at http://www.nsbasic.com/newton/ for
$99.95USD.
It is a good starting point for beginners, albeit a little slow (NSBasic
has
to parse to NewtonScript for execution). Also look at NewtCard, a RAD
tool
offered by NSBasic. Both very well supported by George Henne. *Very*
cool
software!

Hi, i'm keen to start doing some development on the newt and give the
results to the community, and it would seem the best language for me to
use would be NSBasic, since i've got a sound grasp Visual Basic already,
thus does anyone have a copy of NSBasic they no longer use and would be
willing to sell to me.
