Slowdown.exe didn't work for me on my Win2k system at all... I had to boot
into my Win98 configuration and use NCU from there. Personally I think
there's a timing issue with how Win2k does serial coms via their
abstraction layer. Not an issue with Win98 since you can talk directly to
the COM port there if you want to...
