Understand.

However, I would simply suggest the following:

On topic messages, begin with [NTLK] live we've been doing.

For off topic messages, begin with [NTLK][OT]

Recommend this solution for the following reasons:

- Clearly identifies which message is OT
- It's simple, easy to do
- It's easy to see, when scanning the list
- Doesn't require a separate posting list
- Easy to filter
- It's user controlled, so it is flexible.

Along with this, is that I would encourage everyone when replying, that
if their reply does not seem to be following the original subject, then
change the subject to be more discriptive.
