I agree. I think that if we started down the path of dividing information
specific to individual devices and OS version rather than to the platform
in general, we would be doing all members of the list a disservice. In
fact, since much of the information that passes through this list related
to multiple devices, many posts would end up getting cross-posted to each
theoretical list - just to make sure that the information was delivery to
everyone who needed it.

If the amount of traffic is a concern (and yes, we can be a vociferous
bunch even when not straying off topic), there are other lower traffic
Newton lists (the one at lowendmac.com comes to mind) and message boards
that may better suit your needs.

And coming from someone who primarily uses an MP2100 and an eMate, but
