[NTLK] M-systems D-series flash card

Recently I won a 16 MB D series linear flash card from Ebay, which was explicitely announced to work with Newton.
The card type is:
LDPA-FD-16V-C C-3.36
My MP2K1 does not recognize the card.
Anyone who had success with this or a similar type of card ?
