What type of speeds would we see on this type of VNC client over ethernet? This would be great to connect to my computer=
at home to check on things while at work.
BTW does this work as a server or it is just (I say 'just' but my eyes and heart are still in shock)a client?
Will we ever have a half resolution (a 640x480 screen views at 320x240 by displaying/sending every other pixel)?
WOW I'm still in shock! =3D-)
Thank you thank you thank thank you! I love you. wait... um I didn't mean that.

Subject: [NTLK] VNC preview
If you'd like to preview the VNC software description and see some screen
shots:
http://www.kagi.com/weyer/#VNC
VNC =3D Virtual Network Computing.
Basically, you can display the screen of a remote system over a network,
point at its screen and enter text.
This does NOT include links to the software yet --
I anticipate releasing a .pkg later today,
after I've had a chance to check/test a few last things...
So, check the page later,
and if you've got comments in the meanwhile, post to NewtonTalk or email me.
Enjoy!
