For one thing I highly doubt that Apple would call it an 'iWalk'.... yuk!
Besides, can you ever imagine Apple 'conceding' as such to another company's
trademark - ie 'Walkman'?

I also think the photos are obviously fake, the whole design is very
un-Apple, and if you stand back and look, you can see the perspectives are
all up the whack.
