Not quite. The cursive handwriting in ALL Newton's is licensed from
ParaGraph. It's also available on PalmPC's now, via MS licensing or
buying it (I forget which).

The PRINTED HWR that became availble in NewtonOS 2.0 was done by Apple
and is their's to do as they will. It's been seen (supposedly)
running on MacOS.
