You just don't get it. By taking the route you suggest, *you* are condemning
more innocent people of the Western World to death. These terrorist attacks
will continue because the terrorists know their country's they operate out
of will not suffer. I will speak callously, but if innocent people have to
die, I would much rather they be those living in the countries that harbour
terrorists than in countries of the western world.

It's time for the Western World to show these punks that there are things
scarier than them. That's the only way you're going to put an end to this.
Show them their actions will have a worse effect on their loved ones than
ours. It's not just a U.S. problem either. We in Canada must join you, with
other free nations, to show a strong reaction.

We need to take a lesson from the Israelis on this one. You can't go into a
street fight using gentleman rules.

Your analogy of the U.S. suffering because of terrorists going berserk
outside the U.S. is incorrect and not thought out properly.

If such an attack took place, the U.S. government would not harbour such
individuals. They would turn them over to the respective government. They
may come from the U.S. They may hide out in the U.S. But the government
would not actively protect them. That's the difference.
