That's the approach I've been taking, finding public domain stuff to convert.
The only PD concordance I've got is from the turn of the century and is so-so,
that's why I've not converted it to a book. I am working on some book-by-book
commentaries that may be shareable if I can get permission from the copyright
holder to put them in Newton or PaperBack formats.

Subject: [NTLK] Bible software

Hi Tom & Lisa
Well checked out the software at www.thefedors.com it is a bible reader for
RSV and KJV. There is the KJV on UNNA but not much else and Luther's 95
theses (something for Church History buffs). Found something called bible
buddy but that turned out to be a Palm package. Lots of stuff for other
PDAs.

But no commentaries, hebrew or greek dictionaries, daily reading
calendars...

Hmmm this might turn into a long term project obtaining lots of Christian
public domain material and turning it into Books for the Newton. However, I
have to learn how to do that first. Furthermore, there is so much material
that it would only be economical to gain access to them once the ATA support
was finished and people could gain access to LARGE capacity flash cards.

Anyway, still searching...
Tony.
