Well I can't let this go. Nativly there is no way to connect the newt
via ethernet to ncu. Even with an appletalk card (ohh the veil, I think
it's what we finally figured out was crashing the linux box - hard) or
with win 2k which has built in appletalk support, the NCU application
for windows has no support for appletalk connections.
That said, I can connect to NCU via ethernet to my windows machine very
easily. It involves the use of an emulator, however, I use basilisk II.
Basilisk is preatty easy to setup, espcially ecause there are disk
images including ncu on UNNA. Grab the images off UNNA, the emulator
off it's website ( a google search will find it for ya) and a rom image
from a mac, if you don't have access to a mac for the rom image email me.
