I've tried to use NCQ but couldn't get it to work properly. Someone here
responded that the ICQ protocols have changed, and that the app probably
still wants to use the old standard instead of the new one.
I'd recommend either Newton IM
(http://www.allaboutjake.com/newton/newtonIM.htm) or NewtJabber
((http://newton.guhl.net/newton/newtjabber/) for instant messaging on the
Newton. Both are Jabber clients; don't know of any other ICQ options.
