Maybe others using Outlook aren't experiencing those problems.

To be perfectly honest, Outlook SUCKS. I've been using it for some time
now, and ever since I signed up for the list and applied filters to move
all the NTLK messages to my NewtonTalk folder, it likes to only transfer
them maybe 1/3 of the time...the rest of the time it nonchalantly leaves
them all sitting in my Inbox for me to deal with. Not only that, but a
bunch of these messages I've been getting have had a completely blank
subject line. I'm getting rid of Outlook 2002 NOW. Argh. Those of you
who are using it... I pity you. Use something else. :(

It is largely (my opinion) that the "[NTLK]" comes AFTER the "Re:" in
replies. This allows the original subject "[NTLK] blah blah blah" to
remain
invariant, thereby allowing OE/Entourage to establish that a swatch of
messages are all part of the same thread.
