While I'm on the subject, one of two things might help...

1) Some sort of Win app that maps TCP/IP to a virtual COM port. NCU on =
the PC could then get away with faster transfers. I've seen this for =
Linux and I think someone has done it for X as well.

2) An IRDA USB device, I've heard of these, but I would like to know if =
anyone has used one and what thier thoughts on it were.
