If you are using Mac OS X, you may need to use a program like FileTyper
to change the type and creator codes. The Mac assumes, based on the .pkg
extension, that the file is a Mac OS X installer. Actually, there is a
program called Packager that makes the change automatically- just drag
and drop the file onto the Packager icon. It is probably available at
Unna.org.
