Yes. In fact, one of the reasons why WinCE/Pocket PC is "slow" loading
apps is that -everything- is on a FAT filesystem, internal "store", SD, CF,
etc. This is a good thing if you have several different devices that use
the same media (such as a digital camera, MP3 player, and iPAQ). But of
course it suffers all the problems of a filesystem, too.
