Where do you have AppleTalk assigned to ? If it is assigned to the serial
port then you will get this message.

I will again ask this question, as it seems to have been ignored the first
time. Are you trying to connect to a 130 with the Newton Connection Kit ??
This ain't gonna work - period. You need NCU, not NCK, for a 130.
