Without pointing fingers, this is exactly the reason why you should never
use your ISP for your mail. Whenever you change your ISP, you have to tell
everyone your new email address and they have to change it on every computer
they use and also remember to use the new email address.
Mush better to get a free email address, Apple or Yahoo for example, and
completely ignore whatever your ISP offers. So you can change ISPs to your
heart's delight and never have to change your email address.
