In Sapporo (Hokkaido), they get snowfall that makes Buffalo pale by
comparison.
Yet, you will see some ladies walking around in short fur coats (waist
length), mini-skirts (very short mind you), and high heals (2-3").
I've been going up there for years to ski. Yet I am still amazed that
they can walk around on the snow and ice without slipping!
