In Japan they call it "O-te-arai" which means washing your hands, but it
actually refers to the toilet and the activity therein before you wash
your hands afterwards ;-)
However, in order to save space, many Japanese toilets have the sink
built-in to the water reservoir for flushing the toilet. In other words
you flush with the waste water used for washing hands.
