[NTLK] eMate Problem

I am having a Newton problem. I opened my eMate last night, and heard a
clicking sound from the case. It seemed a little looser to open and
close, but I was able to do what I needed, so I thought nothing of it.
But today, I cannot write on the screen, or even tap close boxes, etc.
It sounds like there could be a loose part inside the unit, but that may
have been there before. Any ideas? Has anyone else had this problem
before?
