i have just won a newt at ebay for $155, and the interesting thing is that
this one was part of some dutch auctions (starting at $149) with exactly the
same spec. as mr browns offer: 4Mb card, charger, stylus, cable and mp2100.

the seller is called mr2ndhand, the next auction is the following:

the units are selling in "dutches" of three and will not be shipped outside
of the US. seems like someone is trying his entrepreneurial skills already:)

i think mr brown seems fair, thanks cees - even though i didnt use the
offer!

BTW: if you plan to sell your newt, this is not the right time,
apparently...
