[NTLK] Broken Shift Keys (was Taking Notes on MP2000/2100?)

No - the keyboard stays in my Newton briefcase and never leaves. I hope it is sufficiently padded to survive trips from the car to beside the desk.

To my knowledge it has never been dropped nor has anything been dropped on it.

I just don't know what to look for...
