Hi !

As far as I understood the whole story:

- Mark Ross has been offering MPFE (MessagePads For Europe)
- Bill Shamam is offering MPFE

(please excuse this shortness and over simplifying)

I try to get some people together to order one package of multiple =
newtons,
which will be distributed here in Europe (resp. germany) to save porto. =

I can see the following problems:

- taxes
European taxes may be applicable is a value greater than $50 is =
specified.
  I will ask the Taxoffice

- payment
everyone is sending money direct to the salesman =20
   versus
everyone pays to one which sends the money to the salesman
Which method will be choosen depends in general on the salesman ?!?

- distribution

- getting together

  We need someone, who :

- maintain a list of interested people
- (collect and send the money )
- (pay taxes)
- resends the units

I can do this for german, nederlands and french people,=20

Greetings

Ralf=20

Hello Mark,

Out of despair for getting a few 2100s, I'm now prepared to get a batch =

of 10 since it's all that's avavilable to us French addicts. Would you=20
be so kind as to clear the money and resend the package to me ?
Of course, the shipping goes to me as well as some handling for your=20
efforts.
Please let me know if you're ready to play that game.
Then I'd take 2-3 out of the package for my usage and make the others=20
available at no additional cost to French (or European) amateurs.
Wow - $1500 ? - a lot of money.
Thank you in advance,
   G.E.
