[NTLK] NetHopper won't connect?

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting NetHopper to connect to the web. It keeps
saying the pages don't exist. NewFTP also seems to have problems
listing files though it usually connects. I'm using a Wavelan card to
connect to the web. I note that I get an IP address, and I can ping it
from another computer. I also note that every time I start up NetHopper
of NewtFTP, I get served a new IP address.

Anyone have any tips?
