Once the art/ design scheme is decided upon, and the equipment is set to do
the embroidery work, would it be all that impractical to have more than one
color polo shirt available from which to choose? In fact, if we can agree on
the art, then the embroidery can be applied to T-shirts as well, depending
on peoples wishes. Caps even! I agree with Laurent that an embroidered
design is the way to go. More durable and more class than silkscreen/ iron
ons, etc.
