[NTLK] ram card not recognized

Just got my MP130...

its not recognizing ram card. There is no plastic card to keep in slot
and ram card was in it when I received package. But it's not being
recognized. I'm not sure if its inserted correctly or maybe its bad?
Should I hard reset this before I do anything? I don't think it has
anything extra added to the newton. Extensions is empty and I don't see
any cool application icons in the extras folder...

Any ideas on recognizing ram card?
