[NTLK] MP3 over serial?

I converted a few of my MP3's to 22Khz 64kbps (using a WinAmp output
plugin). Now how do I transfer this to the Newton using a serial
connection from Windows, and how do I use it with MadMax? (I can't use
the iTunes plugin and I don't yet have NewtsCape or ethernet
installed.)
