I think that you are on the right track here, Jeff.

When you created the setup, did you choose an Earthlink ISP template, or any
template at all? It might be importing some old EarthLink number from a
template.

I would try recreating the setup, making sure to use a blank setup.

Thanks for the idea Brad--I've checked my worksite and even deleted my phone
number settings so the area code wouldn't be checked but it's actually
getting a number really close (and probably worked at one time) for my local
ISP's number. It's almost like it's pulling in an old "Earthlink" default
phone number. Perhaps I should set up a totally new ISP setup and not
choose Earthlink as my provider? Although in the setup there's only the one
number I've entered...hmmm.
