Yeah... but you still need a network cable anyway. And at least as far as
the 3C589 series go, you can get a 6' dongle cable with Honda connector for
the NIC and RJ45 male at the end. They come with RF45 couplers for
convenience. I got a bunch from CDW last year, cost something like $6
apiece.
