I got a SpyPen camera recently which can do voice recording too, beside
taking picts and videos.

And the best is: Their recently released beta stage USB driver for the Mac
works very stable and creates picts, movs and snds in Mac Quick Time format.
With a 128MB smart card you can record several hours sound or 16min 320x240
pixel video with monaural (crap) sound. Drawbacks: the camera needs 2 AAA
alkaline cells and draws about 150mA current. NiMH accus work not long if at
all because of the 1.2V nominal voltage.
