Reflecting on this, I hope I did not offend anyone... honestly, I
have to cycle a lot to stay the way I am, and I cannot afford to let
myself loose for too much time as my body seems to have a more
archaic idea about what to do with fat rather than burn it away...
used to be quite chubby up until 17 or so...
