Actually they are fairly different. There are two major differences,
and a couple minor differences.

Major 1: Higher Encryption 128 Bit rather than 64 Bit
Major 2: Ethernet Port. This offers land-based functionality for your
Airport Base Station v.2. Basically it has both Ethernet In and
Ethernet Out (so you could plug it into an ethernet hub and have it
serve DHCP for your network from there, or just plug it into another
mac so that mac doesn't have to get an Airport Card (Or, maybe you have
a Color Classic with an ethernet card and you want to plug it into the
net.)

Minor 1: It can serve for 50 units instead of 10.
Minor 2: It's white instead of Graphite
