[NTLK] Q: app to pop up todos at certain time

Hello all,

Does anyone know of a utility to pop up a todo reminder at a certain
time? Rather than the todo being reminded to you at the beginning of the
day, I'd like it to pop-up at a certain time like meeting reminders...
anything come to mind?
