Marco, the first thing I would do is to try to acces the Printer via
AppleTalk from the Mac and THEN from the Newt (despite I did it in reverse
order).
HP 5000 should work with AppleTalk - and you have printed out the
configuration page as well...
If you do it from your Mac you can make sure that the printer is working via
AppleTalk.
I am not sure, but I have set the Newt as well for Internet via NIE and thus
I gave him an IP address and a subnet mask which matches to the intranet
here.
Maybe that is the key?
If you select "chose Network printer" you do not see any printer??
