There is software out there (by Standalone?) that lets you group together
frozen apps, so that activating one will unfreeze/freeze a group together.
SOrry, its name eludes me right now.

I think by "heap clearing" you mean a garbage collection... the newt does this
automatically and you really don't have to worry about it. If you run out of
memory, a garbage collection isn't going to help you.

Also, the -10061 error that Johannes mentioned (not 61000) only occurs on
devices with 4MB of DRAM (MP2100 and upgraded eMate).
