Personally, I think this is an excellent idea. I doubt, however, that you will find
300 members whou will contribute on a regular basis. Actually, I'd be amazed
if you found 30 (hey, guys, go ahead, prove me wrong).
Provided that this fund is handled by someone on this list whom I trust, you
can sign me on as the first contributor.
