Not having OS X, one question... Are those shell scripts installed as part
of OS X, or are these things that someone has written (in which case your
instructions probably should've included the scripts ;-) )? In any event,
is there a reason why one wouldn't set up 'cron' to automagically run these
with the appropriate frequency??
