ive go the following files in my NIE2 folder:

InternetSetup.pkg
ISP Template.pkg
NE2K.pkg
Netwave.pkg
Newton Devices.pkg
Newton Internet Enabler.pkg
NIE Ethernet Support.pkg
NIE LocalTalk Support.pkg
NIE Modem-Serial Support.pkg

i have loaded all except for
NE2K.pkg
Netwave.pkg

do i really need them? if yes, then for what purpose?
