Any of the no-name, generic USB cards will work as far as I've found.

Any USB cards I've putmy hands on have used the exact same controller
chip. $30-$40 max... no need to buy the "Mac Supported" Belkin or
OrangeMirco or Keyspan cards. You'll need an OS 8.6 or 9.x cd that will
install the PCI USB Support drivers.
