It'll do OSX, but it depends on how fast it is and how much ram it has,
a 400Mhz is about as slow as it can go without being painful, while you
need at least 256Mb of ram for it to be smooth - regardless of it's
chip.
Regarding the earlier answer, OSX can actually run on ANYTHING if a
certain crack is applied, even a pb1400, so genuine chip is not an
issue here. Although 10.2 has not yet been 'broken' yet.
