... which is, incidentally, why I did not like the naming of NewtHack. It
is sold as shareware, but gives the illusion that it is a port of NetHack.
That is one piece of software I would not have moral problems with hacking
it.
(Incidentally: Don't do it; NewtHack is a _very_ dumbed down NetHack
wannabe, not really worth the time playing)
