Only having 9.2 extensions is definitely not sufficient. You need some
of the extensions that are installed by NCU as well. This includes, but
may not be limited to, "Apple ADSP Tool". Re-installing NCU might be
the best bet but has been known to overwrite some extensions with older
versions so be careful and backup your classic system folder first!
Alternatively, maybe someone on the list can come up with a definitive
list of required extensions for NCU.
