Howdy folks,
I've been reading some info online and what not, and noticed that iSync
is apparently based around SyncML, which is a standardized (and
publicly documented) XML schema for synchronizing contact and schedule
information. *IF* Apple releases some method of getting iSync to punch
the SyncML out over TCP/IP, can't we just write an app for the Newton
(using NIE) that can speak SyncML and update the Newton's calendar and
address book appropriately?
For more information on SyncML, go to http://www.syncml.org
Anyway, just a thought. :P
Regards,
Hans
