Not directly answering Len's question here, but I poked around in the OMP
service manual on UNNA:

According to page 7 there, the clock is handled by the Runt Chipset. There
are also some calibration instructions there. Since the 130 also uses the
Runt chipset, I'd expect that the procedure to recalibrate the clock would be
largely the same... However, you'd probably need access to some specialized
hardware. Maybe Frank G. or someone else can look at that page and see if it
makes more sense to them...
