I contaced a tech support of Cox communication in Fairfax, Virginia, USA.
He only knew SMTP address: smtp.east.cox.net which didn't work for sending
emails.
He didn't seem to know the mail server address such as
"mail.optusnet.com.au" as its ISP's address.
