Yeh the regular Newton 2000's had that logo on them.

Me I've gone through many changes in the seven years I have had my Newton.

1997-1999 The regular Apple icon.
1999-2000 Covered the icon with a Newton Roger from the Newton Underground.
This was mainly out of disgust for Apple cancelling the Newton.
2000-2001 The Newton Roger faded from the battery's heat, so I took the metal Apple off of the Newton,
and sanded off the paint, leaving a silver Apple, making it look more like the current Apple
icon of one color like it is now. By this point in time, I wasn't as bitter at Apple.
2001-2002 Covered the Icon with "Skylar" from the Atari game "Cybermorph" which you can see at...

2002-2003 Skylar removed. Eventually the original shell had all but fallen apart, but thanks to a new
shell from Gem Enterprises, the Newton was recased, the silver Apple was moved
over, ready for another seven years....
