[NTLK] Problems with WorksBetter?

Installed WorksBetter from unna CD on my MP2100.

After resetting my unit, some of my 3rd party apps blew-up (MoreInfo, NS =
Basic for example).

Also, my Flash cards might not have mounted.

When I froze or deleted WorksBetter, everything returned to normal.

1. Is there a reason to use WorksBetter?
2. Is there a trick to installing it?

Archives search did not bring anything up, that I could find.
