Do you mean eBook as in encrypted electronic books or NewtonBook format?
Actually, it doesn't really matter because PilotDoc isn't like either.

You can convert PilotDoc format documents to NewtonBook format by using
Steve Weyer's PilotDoc plug-in for Newt's Cape. Then the parsed PilotDoc
content can be saved out as a package.
