You could use one of the utilities that runs scripts (DashBoard or Gesture
Launch) and run the SimpleMail script.
AFAIK you'll have to read your mail in your InBox.
Didn't Eudora have a special Notes or Works stationary? If so maybe you can
route it directly there?
